๐ NBA Round-Up:๐ Durant Trip Dub, Hawks & Clips Even, Suns๐งน
Sheeeeesh… These playoffs have been a blast to watch, I told ya’ll about the Suns, KD is an absolute beast, Sixers are my squad but bro we can’t be blowing 20 point leads, I give it to Trae Trae‘s gonna be one of the best to ever do it, and Kawhi’s showing his leadership.
Milwaukee Bucks 108 – 114 Brooklyn Nets
Giannis and the squad flexed last night showing why they are one of the toughest teams, but Kevin Durant and the emotional lift of having Harden on the floor was too much. “The Greek Freak” scored 34 and grabbed 12 boards, while four other players were in double figures showcasing the balanced attack. Kevin Durant is a rare specimen a combination of length, speed, range, and just enough strength has him breathing in the air of very rare company. Last night he put Brooklyn on his back “Durantula” in 48 minutes he torched the Bucks dropping 49, dished out 10 dimes, and secured 17 boards ๐คฏ. Game 6 is tomorrow at 8:30 PM in Milwaukee.
Philadelphia 76ers 100 – 103 Atlanta Hawks
Atlanta’s home crowd is as big a factor as Philly’s 7th man (The Fans). Last night the Sixers showed their youth and proved every team can have an off night. Tobias Harris led the way with 20 and four other players had double figures the balance is there, but an early lead turned into a loss closing out is a must. The Hawks have a very balanced attack as well, last night all 5 starters were in double figures. Atalanta was led by Young’s 25 and Bogdan added 22 helping ATL even it up. Game 5 is tonight at 7:30 in Philly.
Utah Jazz 104 – 118 Los Angeles Clippers
Paul George and Kewhi Leonard combined for 62. Scoring 31 a piece which proved to be just enough to hold off the Jazz and Donovan. Mitchell led his squad with 37, game 5 is tonight at 10 PM in Utah. Who will be victorious in the rubber match of youth vs. experience? Lets us know who you think in the comments IMUer’s.
Phoenix Suns 125 – 118 Denver Nuggets
The Phoenix Suns are a problem. I just need to drop a fact of truth on y’all a minute. This year Baylor won the NCAA National Championship their first-ever, and the Phoenix Suns have never won a ‘Chip.’ Both squads have one thing in common prior to the season Eric Thomas was brought in to help push both teams to their absolute best potential. The result so far is a National Championship, and the Suns have dominated all season and just swept the league’s MVP. Jokic and company did everything they could but they had no answers for the lethal combo of Devin Booker and Chris Paul. Combined the two played 82 minutes and scored a blistering 71 points in the close-out game, the Suns have been lampin’ since June 13th.
