1st Google, Then They Followed, Now Netflix Cast & Crew Must Be Jabbed

Covid, the virus that’s still changing the world 2 years after it was first introduced. I remember clear as day writing stories for us about the first outbreak in China, and how weird I felt a few days after dropping Corpus off at Laguardia in Feb of 2019. Fast forward to July 2021, when employees go back into the offices in the fall unless for a very very rare exception everyone that’s working on-site must be vaccinated by law.

According to a report from Deadline, the vaccination mandate applies to all actors and any crew that comes into close contact with them—also known as “Zone A” workers. Exceptions for the requirement could include religious, medical, and age reasons, but are likely to be rare, the outlet reported.

New guidelines are being implemented amid the surge in cases nationwide of the highly contagious COVID-19 Delta variant. As the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) updated its mask-wearing guidance to say that fully vaccinated individuals should wear masks indoors in some areas. Which raises the question of why did you got vaccinated then?
