2020 Is Upon Us And Its Time To Become The Best Version Of You
As the decade is coming to a close its time to reflect on where we’ve been, where we are, and where we want to go. This decade for me was filled with new beginnings, new friends, lose, a new mindset, and new opportunities.
I remember 2010 like it was yesterday, I was not in a good place, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Things then started to change in 2011 I started a new job and met an incredible person who helped me start delving into myself. She introduced me to my best friend Corpus and helped me realize that if I want to do something I have to take charge.
Fast forward to today the end of that decade is hours away and I am a much better person than I was the day I met Toush in November of 2011 at Ruby Tuesday’s in Mays Landing, New Jersey.
As 2020 begins I am excited about what this decade has to offer and the opportunities that will come my way.
What does the best version of you look like? Ask yourself and write it down. The power of the written word matched with a belief is the most powerful thing I have ever experienced.
For 2020 get your self in a better place physically, which in turn helps with you getting to a better place emotionally. Develop a morning routine as simple or as extensive as you want. Wake up in the morning and take charge of your day, don’t just aimlessly go about your day. You must have a target you are trying to reach.
The Law Of Attraction is a real thing, trust me I am living proof. I have experienced some amazing things just by simply letting the universe know what I want in advance.
Get Inside Your Mind And Take Control
Make better decisions about the food you are putting into your body. Read more books, keep a progress journal so you can track your journey it helps to hold you accountable.
Exercise on a daily basis getting your body moving helps spark your brain as well. Develop a meditation practice start with three minutes and work your way up gradually bi-weekly. Meditation helps in so many ways. It helps to calm the thoughts running around in your brain, and it helps you to be present in everyday conversation and become an active listener.

2020 is the year to get your mind, body, and spirit in alignment with each other. It’s time to let go of the things from the previous decade that were holding you back.
2020 is just hours away if you live in America. A lot of other countries the New Year has already begun make this decade your best one yet.
