25 Years After “All I Want For Christmas” Was Released It Reaches #1 In The Charts
Congratulations Mariah Carey you are a living legend and have been making fans smile for decades. In 1994 when Mariah released “All I Want For Christmas” it was received very well and throughout the years the popularity has kept growing and growing.
Other countries love the song and countries that don’t even celebrate Christmas love the song.
Last Christmas the song reached its highest spot on the charts at No.3. This year it finally cracked the top spot and reached No.1 on the charts 25 years later. “All I want for Christmas” is quickly approaching 1 billion streams.

The single has received a six-time platinum certification from RIAA.
For the songs 25th anniversary Amazon Music released a short documentary “Mariah Carey Is Christmas.”
The song is now Mariah’s 19th No.1 single and puts her in the company of Elvis Presley and The Beatles.
