Adam Lister Creates An Instant Classic With Pixelated Images Of Kobe And Jordan
Adam Lister was born in 1978, in Fairfax Virginia. As a child of the 80’s he developed a love for the classic toys, games, and movies that came out during that era.
Lister was so inspired by his favorite characters, musicians, and athletes he found a way to bring new life to them. A paintbrush and a canvas spoke through pixelated imagery that brought some of our favorite characters back into our lives.
To ‘honor’ one of the NBA’s best players, Adam painted an iconic image of Kobe Bryant guarding Micheal Jordan. Appropriately titled “Kobe Vs. Jordan.” The painting commemorates how these two battled on the court. Bryant won the eight-game series 5-3, not once did they ever meet in the playoffs.
The print is available now for purchase here for $50 bucks. He also has a Bruce Lee piece I would love to purchase. Let us know what you think of the artwork IMUer’s.
