Brothers In Chi-Town Charged For Killing Officer Ella French

Chicago, Chi-Town USA: The streets of Chicago are some of the most dangerous in America. Those streets became a bit safer with the conviction of these brothers who were both convicted felons. 22-year-old Eric Morgan and shooter 21-year-old Amonte Morgan faces charges of 1st-degree murder and attempted murder. A third man was also charged and a fourth suspect a female who was in the car has not been charged as of yet. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Ella French and her family as they mourn the loss of their daughter, cousin, and friend.

Ella French and her partners were conducting a traffic stop when they were fired upon prompting the officers to return fire unfortunately the altercation turned out to be fatal. With only three years in on the force and just 29 years under her belt, her life was taken by Amonte Morgan.
