Controversial HeartBeat Law Takes Effect In Texas
The Lone Star State, Texas: At midnight a new very controversial law went into effect, “The Heart Beat Law.” This law states that once a fetal heartbeat is detected it would now then be illegal to follow through with an abortion. The majority of women can’t even tell they are pregnant 5 to 6 weeks into conception. The fetal heartbeat starts around the 5-6 week mark, leaving women between a rock and a hard place.
What if your daughter was kidnapped, beat, and raped by her assailant at only 15 years old. She gets returned safely to you, now she has her kidnapper’s baby inside of her and doesn’t even know. 5 weeks after she was violated, her body is not feeling right. She goes to the local clinic to find out she’s pregnant with a child from the man who raped her. The doctor detected a heartbeat so know it is illegal for this young woman to abort. She won’t even be able to get closure because now she has to live with the fact this child came from rape and not love.
It is a woman’s body and it is her choice to make. Not an 80-year-old lawmaker who’s never seen what livin on the other side is like. When is it okay to start taking away people’s choices? Oh, it’s never okay but it happens! IMUer’s watch the video above, leave us your comments below, and please be sure to subscribe in the top right corner.
