Huawei’s Mate X Launched In China
Today in China the folding Mate X hit the market, let the tech-heads rejoice. After delay, after delay, the phone is finally here and consumers can now get their hands on this cool new phone.
Unlike its competition the Galaxy Fold and Motorola Razr, the Mate X’s foldable screen is on the outside. When the Mate X is folded it has a 6.6-inch screen on the front and a 6.38-inch screen on the back.
Specs And Price Point
When the phone is unfolded the screen measures 8 inches diagonally. X is is equipped with 5G, Huawei’s Kirin 980 processor, a 4,500mAh duel-cell battery.
With all that goodness packed into one piece of tech, the price tag is a steep one. Mate X will sell for 16,999 yuan or $2,400 American dollars. As of now, there is only one place you can purchase the phone, that’s from Vmall, which is Huawei’s online store in China.
