Brooklyn, New York: Wednesday evening the energy that surrounded Hot 97’s Hip-Hop Gamers event at BrookLAN was special. Whenever we link with The Gamer his energy and vibe are always on 1,000 tonight was no different from the second he hopped out the whip it was on. HHG was joined by some friends including host Jonathan Torres, Artist/Video Game Creator Sean Conn, Actor/Comedian Tyhem Commodore and Comedian/Actor Rip Micheals from MTV’s ‘WildNOut‘.
After all the what’s up’s and camera flashes Torres took to the stage with the Hip-Hop Gamer to speak about the night’s festivities. Which started off with a vote, episode 1 or episode 4 of the second season of Hulu’s Wu-Tang series, the people spoke and the majority hadn’t started the season yet haha. Following the episode was a live taping of the show.
IMU Media was in the building last night and we had a blast, made some great connections, had some laughs and got to support a man on a mission doing great things for the community. The hospitality last night was top-notch as well, offering a variety of fruits, cheeses, meats, veggies, some amazing chicken fingers, and the most delicous red velvet cupcakes I’ve ever had in my life.
