Shawn Reckley and John Judkins scored 19 points each and Khalil Baker added 18 as a balanced attack led Hackensack to a 74-56 victory over Paterson Eastside in Paterson.
The Comets methodically built their lead, going up by two after one quarter, by seven at half and nine after three quarters before blowing it open in the fourth.
Judkins scored 11 points from the foul line where the Comets held a 23-13 advantage. Eastside had four players in double figures, including 12 by O’Shamair Majette.
