India’s Fighting A War Against COVID
The last few weeks we’ve seen thousands upon thousands of new infections across Brazil and India. Immediate lockdowns have been strongly recommended in the hot zones, as mask wearing and social distancing have gone unwarranted. Unfortunately both countries are feeling the repercussions as cases continue to steadily rise on a daily basis.
Experts have warned social distancing measures have not been taken seriously in India. The government is pleading with the nation to wear masks. In a 24 hour span, 1,185 people have passed away, for over a solid year the world has been laying humans to rest at an alarming rate.
If we, all of us, start wearing masks starting today or tomorrow, we will see an immediate dip in this. We should not crowd. We must maintain social distancing and hygiene, then this virus will definitely stop. And we have repeatedly said wearing a mask is an effective social vaccine, which we should start today.”
