J.Cole and sneaker heavyweight Puma have officially announced a multi-year footwear and apparel partnership.
Puma’s global director of branding and marketing had this to say in a statement;
“Cole’s invloved in product creation, marketing campaignes and cultural guidance. He is going to be a key player in many of the things we do at Puma moving forward and we’re excited to work with him not only on a product level but even more importantly as one of our athletes. Cole sits at the intersection of music and sport and represents everything that PUMA stands for as a brand,”
The news of the partnership followed up with the release of the brand’s new basketball shoe “The Sky Dreamer.” An 80’s retro-styled mid-top silhouette. The kicks will be sold for $130. Cole has been seen out and about sporting “The Sky Dreamer” on several occasions.
