Jeff Bezos Amazon CEO Donates $98.5 Million To Help The Homeless

Jeff Bezos Amazon CEO, announces he is donating $98.5 million to 32 organizations that focuses on helping homeless families.

The Benzos Day 1 fund launched in September 2018. Jeff pledged $2 billion funding it himself.

There are two main focuses that the foundation revolves around, helping homeless families and creating Montessori-inspired preschools.

Bezos last year donated $97.5 million to fighting homelessness giving to 24 organizations in 16 states. This year he topped that giving $98.5 million to 32 organizations in 23 states.

Bezos’s net worth is estimated at $109 billion, which makes him the richest man in the world.
