Kyrie Irving To Forfeit $381,181 Per Missed Game

The NBA and Kyrie Irving have a very interesting relationship. One of the league’s best talents mixed with a free-thinking mind, and a solid backbone makes butting heads easy at times. This situation is about personal choice and not settling for a state mandate. The NBA does mandate you get vaccinated but New York is making it a mandate. So that puts Kyrie Irving in between a rock and a hard place.
Kyrie can’t participate in any home team activities. Each game he misses at home he will lose out on $381,000. Brooklyn kicks off their preseason at home on Friday versus the defending champs Milwaukee.
What will the Nets do about the situation only time shall tell for now Kyrie is still a Net but that future is uncertain. Listen to what Steve A. had to say about the situation below. It is his body and it’s his choice to get vaccinated or not. The NBA can not force any of their players to get jabbed but the states or cities it’s mandated in should allow the players to at least play with a negative PPR test.
