Let Me Introduce You To The Hong Kong Skate Crew Who’s Energizing Asia’s Sub-Culture
Skateboarding is a culture that transcends hemisphere’s which brings people from all walks of life together. One evening in Hong Kong, Art Leung went to an art show and met Alfie. Almost immediately the two clicked, they chopped it up about ideas and Hong Kong in general.
That is how “Victoria” was created. A skateboarding brand made for skaters by skaters doesn’t get much more organic than that. The company produces skateboards and clothing. They also represent a collective of multicultural riders throughout Asia from Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
In 2019 the team met up for a ten-day skate trip, they traveled to Taipei, the capital of Taiwan. The city feels very east coast with an Asian vibe, similar to the streets of Bangkok but way less crowded. The smooth roads, gruff plazas, and concrete swells make great conditions for street skaters.

I have been to Thailand several times and I have seen the skate culture and punk-rock culture is still very alive and well. Victoria will be bringing the crew to the streets of Bangkok where they will link up with the Underground Rising crew in Thailand to produce some dope content and throw a hell of a party.
