Last night 14 teams were in action coast to coast. We start today’s round-up in Orlando.

The Sixers were coming off a back to back and Joel Embiid got a night of rest. Lucky for the Magic, they were able to pull away in the fourth quarter scoring 32 points to the Sixers 15. Josh Richardson led Philly with 19 points, 6 boards and 5 assists. Nikola Vucevic led all scorers with 25 and Markelle Fultz scored 8 points in 21 minutes of action. Fultz used to pay for the Sixers.

Rookie Ja Morant scored the game winning layup to lift the Grizzlies over the Hornets. The rookie led his team in scoring with 23, he also added 11 dimes. Guard Terry Rozier led all scorers with 33 in a losing effort.

In an NBA East battle with not much defense Boston prevailed over Washington, ruining Beals night. Kemba Walker led a balanced scoring attack that saw seven Celtics scored in double figures including all five starters. Walker had 25, Brown added 22, and Jayson Tatum dropped 23. Bradley Beal led all scorers with 44 points in the loss.

James Harden is beast, in a primetime matchup he stepped up. Patrick Beverley was smothering him the majority of the evening but James still led his team to victory. Kawhi Leonard led the Clippers with 26 he also grabbed 12 boards and dished out 7 dimes. Lou Williams had 20 off the bench, the two combined where still one point behind James Harden. Harden lit LA up for 47 points the most in the NBA last night. James also had 7 dimes and grabbed 6 boards to help his team win the ball game.

The T-Wolves have looked impressive so far this year. They continued their success last night with a good win over the Spurs. Demar Derozan lethe Spurs with 27 and Lamarcus Aldridge added 23. The combo of Wiggins and Towns was too much. Karl-Anthony scored 28 and Wiggins had 30 to lead their team to victory.

The defending champs defense was locked in, they frustrated the Trailblazers all night. They held Damian Lillard to just 9 points. Pascal Siakam is emerging into a real star. Pascal scored 36 last night and VanVleet helped with 30 leading their team to the W. Rodney Hood led Portland with 25 points in a loosing effort.

Lebron James and the Anthony Davisless Lake Show improved to 9-2 last night. Kyle Kuzma and Lebron James led the Lakers to victory. Kuzma scored 22 and James added 23. D’Angelo Russell led Golden State with 21. The lose dropped the Warriors to 2-10 on the season.
