“Peril Into Possibility” Biden’s First Address Radiated Hope
Joe Biden took over a country that was ready to explode. After 100 days it undyingly feels like the tension is easing a bit. A few areas in society need serious attention and improvement, if things turn around, is yet to be seen. Hope, unity, opportunity, rebuilding our nation’s democracy, and winning the future sounds amazing. All of these contributing factors must remain the focus in order for our country to truly begin rebuilding.
Vaccinations took center stage. Joe preached everyone should go get pricked and shared heartwarming stories of pandemic turnaround. Rebuilding the education system, and rebuilding law enforcement with a new look at that next month were also focal points.
Biden addressed the vets, prescription drug costs, child poverty, clean water, ghost guns, gun reform, immigrants, building in America, job creation, education, and he introduced the American Families Plan. The main theme I heard was job creation. That’s huge, building in America and not overseas could definitely benefit the US. Could it affect our relationships with other countries?
The American Families Plan is described as an investment in our kids, our families, and our economic future. All three are keys to rebuilding this nation. If the American people can unify and our government can lead with humanity in mind I am very hopeful for the future.
IMUer’s give us your thoughts in the comments section below. Do ya’ll think Biden’s plans and ideas will lead to a stronger Nation? We here at IMU media are hopeful, it’s time to turn it around for the better.
