Playstation 5 Looks Amazing And Gets A Revamped Controller
What do we know so far about the PS5? A few things; it will be releasing around the 2020 Holiday season, it’s compatible with current PSVR (Virtual Reality), it will feature backwards comparability so you can play PS4 games on it as well, and the price will be in the $499 range.
PS5 Specs
- SSD storage system
- Bespoke 8-core AMD chipset (based on 3rd party generation Ryzen architecture and with Navi GPU)
- 3D Audio
- 8K TV support

The new-look controller is dope featuring an LCD touch screen, with better speakers, and new haptics adaptive trigger technology. When you crash into a wall in Need 4 Speed it will feel vastly different from making a tackle in Madden.
Jim Ryan the CEO of Sony recently took to the stage at the Consumer Electronics Show to shed light on the next gen PS5 console.
“We’ve announced several key features of the PlayStation 5 hardware, which has been engineered with customizations that will truly differentiate the platform, including future-proof technology such as the ultra high-speed SSD, 3D audio, ultra HD Blu-ray, and a brand new controller with haptics and adaptive trigger buttons. With that foundation, PlayStation 5 will inspire developers to create expansive worlds with new gameplay experiences that are more immersive than ever before in how they look, sound, and feel.”
