Episode 3 starts off in suspenseful fashion at its best. Alicia Himenez is a true G even locked up she finds a way to get to Dre. The opening scene starts with Heaven crying and a frustrated Dre trying to calm her down, after Donavan lays the plan out he checks on the star witness, soon after shit hits the fan. The shootout that ensues makes you hold your breath and by the end, damn! you really can’t trust Dre he is ruthless, pulling the trigger on Donavan with his little girl in his arms and blood splatters on her face. 50’s directorial debut (Other than Kanan’s final scenes) started off intense and kept pace throughout.
Tommy decides to bring Keisha into the mix, he brings her to the warehouse and shows her around at the disapproval of his crew who all agree brining a woman around always complicates the situation. They understand it’s the Egan way or a bullet to the brain, they are dealing with a true psycho who also provides for them.
Jason has Ghost and Tommy by the balls. He makes them both try and escape Alicia Himenez out of federal custody. Ghost and Tommy then go to Proctor and strong arm him for the location. Tommy pulls off the feat with the help of his crew and sees Ghost on the way out. Only for Jason to do what he had to do himself.
The situation’s Ghost has going on would bring a weak man to his knees, the whole situation with Councilman Tate is never easy more money needs to be found to move forward with The Queens City Project a dedication to his daughter Raina. Left with no other options Ghost must go to his nemesis in the business world Simon Stern and ask for another loan.
Tasha and Riq are going through it, but both have things to look forward to Riq has a new friend he can play chess with and talk, while Tash has come across a business opportunity.
Episode 3 ends with Dre back on the streets with out his baby girl and watching his back at every angle, Tommy tells Ghost next time he seems him he’s ending Christmas for him. The episode leaves us with questions and a bit of hopefulness could Ghost and Tommy squash their beef just for a minute to focus on the real threat in Jason.
