The need for digital capacity in many small businesses is usually quite high, however most SMEs struggle to plug that critical hole. Either due to lack of resource, or uncertainty about what specific skills they need and how to recruit talent for them, small businesses remain unable to fully leverage technology.
The Apprenticeship Media Program seeks college dropouts and applicants in media who have not landed a job. Here the apprentices will work within small businesses to work with them with the goal of building a digital presence for them. Here, IMU Leaders leverages on its alumni to develop a fundamentally sound system. To encourage Universities and our program to give these college students and professionals that have not landed a job in there field a second chance to succeed.
The program follows four general steps.
We recruit from our young leaders who have already demonstrated high growth capability, as well as the right mindset, grit and growth potential.
2 TRAINING The Community
We provide best in-the field training by collaborating with institutions both locally and globally to equip our young leaders with world-class digital skills
We embed our apprentices in businesses. Our apprentices support local business and collaboration with local government and universities to build their digital capacity through digital marketing and data analytics
We attach high quality advisors to each business. Our advisors provide the apprentices with on-going coaching and guidance.
