Afghanistan: Every country has ways of dealing with their criminals the Taliban have made sure those who do break the law will never commit a crime again. Four alleged kidnapers were gunned down and then hung in various locations throughout the city. One man was hung from a crane as spectators took pictures and recorded video, how disturbing is that!? The other three men were displayed in various locations throughout Afghanistan sending a clear message to those who would think to disobey.
