Toronto, Canada: In the greater Toronto area real estate is buzzing right now as people are fleeing the downtown area for more space. You can’t blame them this pandemic has changed the world in so many different ways. Most of which we must still wait to see as things begin to slowly get back to what the world looked like before. Whatever that means the past is the past, this is now the new world where ‘6 feet apart’ could mean life or death.

So space is something new or even existing homeowners are now looking for more than ever. Matter of fact Barrie, Ontario which is only about a 60-mile drive to Toronto has now surpassed pricing on similar units in Toronto, moving them into the top three behind Vancouver and Burnaby.
