Donald Trump is officially in the hot seat. A new chapter in Trump’s turbulent reign is set to begin this week.
The Democratic Party has been pushing for impeachment for months. The probing has worked, this week televised hearings will be heard about the dealings with Ukraine.
Wednesday it begins, three witnesses will detail their concerns about Trump’s administration. The investigation into the presidents’ dealings with Ukraine is the main concern.

Impeachment Process To Begin
Testimonies will be aired on major cable networks and seen by millions. Viewers will watch as current and former officials from the Trump administration speak out.
Democrats argue Trump abused his position of power by pressing the Ukrainian government to investigate Biden and son Hunter. Hunter previously served on the board of Ukrainian energy company, Burisma.
Eric Swalwell, a Democrat who works on the House of Intelligence Committee accused Trump of “extortion” on Sunday.

“We have enough evidence from the depositions that we’ve done to warrant bringing this forward, evidence of an extortion scheme, using taxpayer dollars to ask foreign government to investigate the president’s opponent.”
Trump took to his favorite media outlet Twitter this weekend and stressed he was not guilty of misconduct and the probe is politically driven.

The opening hearings will be crucial for building support that could lead to a formal impeachment vote against Trump. Per chance this does occur, the Republican-controlled Senate would then hold a trial on the charges.
