Head Coach Tarik Brown, is gearing up for the 2024-

25 season leading the Arts High Lady Jaguars into

Media Day. Brown, strives to make an Impact after the

Lady Jag’s 12-14 record last season.

Where the team  finished strong in there league with a

playoff birth last season, Coach Brown has partnered

with IMU Media to enhance the Lady Jags’ media

presence and skillset. Under the guidance of CEO

Jovan Acree, the team participated in media training

focused on public speaking, social responsibility, and

managing their personal brands, preparing them for

college and professional opportunities, including

protecting their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).

Arts High School, known for its emphasis on

performing arts and technology, hosted the training in

its state-of-the-art media center. Coach Brown’s

philosophy as an educator centers on a personalized

approach, considering the unique needs of each

student-athlete. His commitment to developing strong

relationships with players and their families has been

instrumental in helping over 60 athletes transition from

high school to college, with 90% securing

scholarships.

and team captain Mary Ojo. With this innovative

approach, Coach Brown is positioning the Lady Jags
